A six-week programme of works is being undertaken to Units 1-10 on behalf of the landlord, Fitzmaurice Holdings. These units were constructed in the mid-1980s.
 
The works consist of external refurbishment, including redecoration, replacement of roof-lights, overhaul of roofing and rainwater goods, and general timber repairs.
 
The works are being undertaken by Norwich-based contractors Scandia with Woodfellows of Mattishall as contract administrators, and were scheduled to be completed by early December.
 
All efforts have been made to minimise disruption to tenants during the works, but it has been necessary to erect scaffolding and edge protection to the units to allow the roofing works to be undertaken safely.
