Organised by her many friends, her brothers, sister and mother Hilary Livsey, the 20-mile fundraising event along the Marriott’s Way commemorates the life of 19-year-old College student Katja Hansen-Livsey, also known as “Birdy”, who was killed in a road accident more than 18 months ago.
 
All funds raised will go to the Katja Hansen Achievement Award at the College, which is a fund to help students travel to university open days and attend extra courses, or any extracurricular activities needed to help them get to university.
