Although not born in the town, Mr Key was raised in Reepham, attending the primary school, the high school and the sixth form college.

He regards Reepham as his “home town” and is said he is “excited to be a part of the Town Council and to give back to the community that helped shape me into the person I am today.

“I am proud to bring past experience into my new role, having previously held a position on the Reepham Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) and then holding a position on the college council at Reepham sixth form before sitting on the City College Norwich Students’ Union, helping others as a Creative Champion, promoting equality and diversity.”

Mr Key is currently employed as a Health Ambassador for the NHS. He explained that a health ambassador is someone who helps promote the NHS in recruitment and in awareness. It is their job to represent the NHS and encourage more people to work in the health sector.
