Charity auction in Weston Longville

A charity auction of goods and promises will be held on Saturday 27 September on the Hall for All, Weston Longville. Viewing starts at 12 noon; sale starts at 3 pm; cash, cheques and debit cards accepted.
 
Proceeds are in aid of the Wensum Benefice, which includes the churches that serve Swannington, Weston Longville, the Witchinghams, Alderford, Attlebridge and Ringland.
 
Nearly 200 lots have been secured so far including: three separate lots of a day’s fishing on different private reaches of the river Wensum; a round of golf for four plus lunch at Weston Park; a giraffe-feeding experience at Banham Zoo; dozens of lots of collectibles, glassware incl. Dartington crystal, china incl. Royal Doulton and Royal Worcester; homewares – small appliances, tea sets; paintings and pictures – all sizes and all subjects; antiques – objets d’art, small items of furniture, jewellery; sporting equipment – vintage fishing equipment, bicycles.
