Ska legends The Selecter will be the headline act in Rookery Meadow on Saturday 8 August as they head up an eclectic bill full of world-class talent, from Norfolk and beyond.

The festival is a weekend for families to enjoy as there is music for everyone – and the atmosphere promises to be electric.

And don’t miss your chance to win a fantastic electric guitar sponsored by Reepham Life, signed by The Selecter and to be presented on the main stage; more details on the website.

On Sunday 9 August, the fun moves to Whitwell & Reepham Station – the Festival’s main sponsors – which will host a great day of music, entertainment and food, as well as giving visitors the chance to experience the impressively restored steam railway in all its glory. Get in touch with Whitwell Station to book an on-site camping pitch for the full festival experience.

As well as the performances, music lovers will be spoilt for choice with the mouth-watering array of food on sale at the event. There will also be a wide selection of craft ales, Norfolk beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks to accompany the music.

“We’re proud to be part of the Reepham community and our mission is to bring new people, new business and great music to our town,” said festival chairman Steve Jenkins. “All profits go to local charities and we’re delighted to have supported many causes over the past eight years.

“We’re honoured to be sponsored by Whitwell & Reepham Railway, as well as Hansells, Norse, Reepham Life and Reepham Garage Services, to name but a few of the many people who contribute to our efforts.”

Tickets for the event can be bought locally at Whitwell & Reepham Station (camping), Very Nice Things or from Soundclash in Norwich or via the UEA box office.
