Countryside campaigner is candidate for County Council election

Greg Peck has been chosen as the Conservative Party candidate for the Reepham Division at the Norfolk County Council election to be held on 4 May.

Mr Peck recently completed six years as East of England regional chairman of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) and was previously chair of CPRE Norfolk.
 
He is currently the Broadland District Councillor for Eynesford Ward, which includes Cawston, Foulsham, Guestwick, Wood Dalling, Themelthorpe, Heydon and Salle.
 
At Broadland District Council he serves on the Economic Success Panel and the Service Improvement and Efficiency Committee.
 
Mr Peck is also involved in the Council’s Grow Your Community project, where he is particularly focused on support for the elderly. He is on the local Dementia Group Committee, which aims to provide support for dementia sufferers and their carers.
 
Mr Peck has a background in business and spent a number of years living abroad, working for manufacturing companies in Germany, France and Japan, as well as in the UK, before returning to Norfolk 11 years ago.
