Volunteers needed to help clear Booton Common

In a late change of programme, the Norfolk Conservation Corps has been asked the senior warden of Norfolk Wildlife Trust to go to Booton Common on Sunday 9 July from 10 am, instead of the originally planned venue.

Volunteers will be trying a new way of tackling Himalayan balsam and hope to rake up mown vegetation that includes this invasive species, which is overrunning the Common.
