Crown Meadow planning condition upheld

Planning application 20171942 for the removal of condition re access width at Plot 15, Crown Meadow, Reepham, was refused by Broadland District Council’s Planning Committee at its meeting on Wednesday 13 December.

The applicant, local builder Derek Crane, had argued that vehicles could enter and exit the plot without the need for the access to be 2.5 metres wide, and that three vehicles can be parked within the property using a 2 metre wide access.

Meanwhile, planning application 20171718 for the conversion of an agricultural barn to a residential dwelling and a change of use of agricultural land to residential curtilage at Mill Road, Reepham, was approved by the Planning Committee.
