Latest consultation on preferred site allocations for Reepham

Broadland District Council’s latest preferred site allocations for Reepham are now open for public comment, which can be seen online through Broadland’s Consultation Portal.

Representations can be made until 5 pm on Friday 30 May and can only be made relating to the planning document’s “soundness” and whether it is legally and/or procedurally compliant.

The Site Allocations Development Plan Document identifies or allocates areas of land for specific types of development, such as housing, employment, community facilities, etc. It also includes the definition of development boundaries or settlement limits.

The document addresses these requirements for the period up to 2026. The scale of development reflects the requirements set out in the Joint Core Strategy for Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk.
