Plans for an expansion of Ash Tree Care Village in Reepham have been approved by Broadland District Council.
The applicant has been given permission to build 36 new homes on the Stony Lane site that will add to the existing 15 assisted-living bungalows developed since 2022.
The expansion will see a further assisted-living bungalows added and 14 more homes available for independent use.
The 2.75 hectare development will include 12 affordable homes, open space and contributions toward local recreational facilities.
