Many of you will already have completed the shopping survey that came through your doors with Reepham Life at the beginning of the month.  If you have - thank you!

If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to complete it either using the paper form or by going online at www.reephamlife.co.uk/shoppingsurvey

Remember, the survey can be completed anyone who lives, works or shops in Reepham and we welcome responses from everyone in the household.

Exploring Our Footpaths display on Saturday 17 May

The Exploring Our Footpaths project, backed by CPRE Norfolk and the University of East Anglia, is now reaching its conclusion.

Even though the project is now finishing there is scope to do a lot more in the future, including documentary research and archaeological and ecological recording of more footpaths and tracks.

New gate for Whitwell Common

Norfolk County Council has provided a traditional wooden field gate to be installed next to the pedestrian entrance to Whitwell Common. This is to enable the specialist cutting machinery to be brought on to the Common more easily. The original entrance is just too narrow to allow the machine from the Hawk and Owl Trust through safely. Both this machine and the one operated by Martin Plane are used to keep the paths open and preserve the habitat for the wild flowers and plants to flourish.
