Laid Back developments at the Dial House

This month sees some changes for Laid Back at the Dial House, the new pizza and wine concept from the team behind Bread Source.

The pizzeria has been open at the Dial House in Reepham’s Market Place since May and has been serving pizzas to diners through the summer months.

As autumn draws in, the opening hours have been extended on a Saturday to include a lunch service, as well as offering slices of pizzas, also on Saturdays.

Laid Back also has a wine bar and bottle shop, where customers can enjoy wine by the bottle or the glass from the wide selection. The range has been personally chosen with one thing in mind: nothing boring.

For those who prefer something different, there are beers on tap from Ampersand Brew Co., a small brewery based in South Norfolk, as well as a small selection of cocktails and a range of other drinks.

The new opening hours are:

  • pizzeria – Thursday and Friday 5.30–9.30 pm; Saturday 12 noon – 9.30 pm;
  • wine bar and bottle shop – Thursday 5–10 pm; Friday 3–10 pm; Saturday 12 noon – 10 pm.

To celebrate the earlier opening hours and the addition of pizzas by the slice, Laid Back is offering “Free Slice Saturdays”: get a free slice of pizza when a bottle of wine is bought until 1 November 2025.

In addition, all pizzas are just £10 on a Thursday until 31 December 2025.

Dan Girling, head baker and pizza maker at Bread Source, said: “In our pizzeria we are passionate about cooking the best New York-style thin-crust pizzas, either to be enjoyed by the slice with a glass of something, or you can sit down in the restaurant for a full meal, including our delicious salads and desserts.

“Whether you are eating and drinking on the terrace, in the bar or taking something home to enjoy, come and get Laid Back at the Dial House.”
