According to a posting on social media, George Wright and his team will be offering snacks and light lunches in the café from early August.

Located opposite Kerri’s Farmhouse Pine off Station Road, Reepham, the long-established tearoom popular with walkers and cyclists on the Marriott’s Way had earlier been facing permanent closure after 25 years in operation.

The station café now plans to reopen on 18 August and will be open from Tuesday–Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm.

Meanwhile, Kerri’s Farmhouse Pine has reopened from Monday to Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm, selling pine and painted furniture as well as an “eclectic mix of treasures and homewares”.

A spokesperson pointed out that the other businesses on the old station site – including Reepham Cycle Workshop and Cushion Cottage – are still open and continue to trade as normal.
