Thanksgiving service for retired solicitor
John Vertigan (pictured), who served Reepham as a solicitor for many years, passed away at his beloved home on Thursday 10 October.

After his retirement he liked nothing better than sitting in the town centre talking to passers-by, having a “mardle” as he would say, walking his dogs and leaving pears, apples and walnuts on his neighbours’ doorsteps.
His thanksgiving service will be on Saturday 23 November at 2 pm at St Mary’s Reepham. All welcome.
