Help for people to obtain medication or essential food

During the second national lockdown in England, which is due to start on Thursday 5 November and will last for four weeks, the Reepham Good Neighbour Scheme (RGNS) has once again offered to be the central point of contact for anyone in the Reepham district who is in isolation and has no other means of obtaining medication or essential food shopping.

To request help, telephone 020 3603 3253 – this is a special number that can be diverted to different volunteers’ phones.

If your call cannot be answered, leave your name and number with a brief message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

And if anyone is available to offer assistance, contact RGNS on the above number.

Meanwhile, Aylsham Care Trust is offering to deliver hot home-cooked meals to Reepham residents on Wednesday lunchtimes if there is enough demand – just £7.50 for two courses. It is also offering takeaway fish and chips on Friday lunchtimes. Contact Alison Wright on 01263 733385 for details.
