‘Gallows’ to be removed?

Re: the ‘unfinished shed’ outside the Dial House (Your Letters, 26 October and 9 November 2018)

There are planning restrictions in a conservation area. My understanding is that Broadland District Council is insisting that the wooden structure, known by some as the “gallows”, is to be removed.
