Lakeside Pilgrims Bowls Club has been fundraising throughout the bowls season for the Alzheimer’s Society.
The club, based at Bawdeswell Recreation Ground, hosted a “Songs for a Summer Evening” concert at Bawdeswell Village Hall in July, which raised almost £1,000.
Over the season the club raffles alone raised £680, with the overall figure amounting to £4,060, which has been handed over to the dementia support charity.
