The caretaker role is a temporary one, running to 31 October, and involves four hours a week on a Monday morning. The successful applicant will carry out maintenance and repairs to the building, as well as checks to ensure that health and safety standards are being met.
 
The cleaning role is a permanent position involving a total of four hours per week, split between Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings.
