Want to know more about the care of your newborn? A free two-hour class to get you confident and prepared for life with a baby will be held from 7–9 pm on Thursday 28h July at the Bircham Centre, Market Place, Reepham.

This class will cover:
- what happens straight after birth
- normal behaviours of a newborn
- daily care, including nappy changing and bathing your baby
- gaining confidence in taking your baby out and about
- what support you can expect
- when to seek more support and help.
As well as learning about newborn care, this class is also an opportunity for you to meet other expectant parents and learn more about what can be offered by former NHS midwife and Reepham resident Bridie Willan, who is running the course.
