The brewery is investing in developing a talented team and its three previous apprentices have successfully developed the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career in brewing.
 
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the award-winning microbrewery based in Reepham, Norfolk.
 
Panther Brewery uses traditional brewing techniques to create a range of sleek, modern and full-flavour real ales that are available in more than 10 different styles. The brewery is also used for contract bottling by other local microbreweries.
 
The apprentice will be allowed some hours within work time each week to study towards the apprenticeship diploma. The Apprenticeship Standard is a Level 2 Food and Drinks Operator.
