An initial planning meeting will be held in Reepham Town Hall, Church Street, Reepham, from 6–7 pm on Wednesday 8 March (before the town council meeting) to discuss a possible Coronation event in Reepham on Sunday 7 May.
 
A good attendance is welcome, as without sufficient volunteers no event will go ahead.
