For the past 15 years, Sharon Spencer has been working as a fully qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor and weight loss practitioner from her clinic in Suffolk.
 
“I have always loved North Norfolk, and after visiting Reepham on a few occasions in 2022, I came across a lovely little cottage and fell in love with the town,” she said.
 
In January, Ms Spencer rebranded the business as the Norfolk Hypnotherapy Clinic and she now practices from the Bircham Centre.
 
She works with people of all ages, including children struggling to cope with everyday life, and can help with many issues, such as anxiety and fear, grief, eating, depression, weight loss, stopping smoking, insomnia and low self-esteem.
