Sophie Dougal (formerly Edwards) has re-opened her sports massage clinic – SoPhysical – at the Station Café, Station Road, Reepham. The business was previously located at Reepham Hair Studio on Townsend Corner.

Treatments offered include postural analysis, movement tests, massage, and strength and stretch exercises.
“Pain and injury can be frustrating, preventing you from doing the things you enjoy the most,” said Ms Dougal.
“I use massage techniques to manipulate soft tissue in order to maintain physical mobility and prevent or rehabilitate injuries to keep everyone of all abilities active.
“Sports massage is for everybody, not just sportspeople.”
The sports massage clinic is open from 9.30 am – 1.30 pm, Tuesday–Thursday. Price: £40 for 45 minutes.
