Winter Warm sessions to continue

Reepham’s Bircham Centre has received a grant that will allow it to continue to welcome people into a warm space once a week during the colder months, with hot drinks and treats provided.

The warm space is provided every Monday from 10 am – 12 noon in the front room of the centre. It gives residents not only a chance to be somewhere warm for a couple of hours but also brings the opportunity to meet with other residents for company and a chat.

The Winter Warm sessions are supported by Norfolk Community Foundation through its Surviving Winter Fund. The new funding will allow sessions to continue until at least spring 2024.

There will be no sessions on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. The first session in 2024 will be on Monday 8 January.
