Police appeal following serious collision in Cawston

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Cawston.
 

 
The incident occurred on Monday 22 April on the B1145 Cawston Road at 12.25 pm when a grey MG4 collided with a black Volvo XC90.
 
The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene including ambulance, air ambulance and fire.
 
The driver of the MG4, a man aged in his 80s, and the passenger, a woman aged in her 70s, were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries.
 
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have any relevant dashcam footage.
